Raised on the sun-drenched hillsides of Florence, Chef Alessandro’s culinary journey began with his grandmother’s handmade pasta and his father’s wood-fired pizzas. After years spent refining his craft in kitchens across Italy and France, he dreamed of sharing the soul of Italian cuisine with a new generation of diners.
